Common questions about pricing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — the Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At trial end, add a payment method to keep your widget live.
What counts as a "minute"?
Calling time is measured from when the visitor clicks to when the call ends, rounded UP to the next whole minute. A 1m 03s call counts as 2 minutes.
Can I buy extra minutes without upgrading?
Yes — top-up packs are available on any active plan. Top-up minutes are used AFTER your plan minutes run out, and each pack stays valid for 12 months from purchase.
Do unused plan minutes roll over?
Plan minutes reset each month. Top-up minutes do NOT reset — they stay until you use them or until they expire 12 months from purchase.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal — you keep your current plan for the rest of the cycle you paid for.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — choose Yearly billing on any plan for 20% off the monthly price, paid up front for 12 months.
How does tax work?
India: 18% GST added at checkout. Elsewhere: local tax (VAT, sales tax, GST, etc.) is computed and collected by our payment partner Paddle at checkout — no surprise charges later.
What if a plan changes after I subscribe?
Your current billing period is locked at the terms you signed up for — name, price, minutes, features stay the same until renewal. New pricing applies from your next renewal, with at least 14 days advance notice by email before any price increase.
